CEDAR Audio and CEDAR USA will be showing the new DNS1000 Dynamic Noise Suppressor on Stand Number R3102 at NAB 2001. With virtually zero latency, this is ideal for eliminating unwanted noise from location sound, sound effects and dialogue, and will remove rumble, hiss, whistles, broadband noise, and the 'shot' noise that often makes audio unusable. As with all CEDAR products, the DNS1000 has a simple but elegant user-interface, yet its powerful capabilities help users to avoid the expensive overdub sessions that may otherwise be necessary. It is quickly becoming an essential piece of equipment for solving broadcasting, post and dubbing problems, quickly adopted by high-profile studios including Skywalker Sound and 20th Century Fox (USA), Tattersall Casablanca and Dome Audio Video (Canada), and Molinare, Videosonics, and Yorkshire TV (UK).

Alongside this, we will be exhibiting the award-winning CEDAR for Windows, Series X, and Series X+ ranges of audio restoration products.

CEDAR Audio has also designed a range of audio restoration processes hosted by the SADiE and Soundscape platforms. SADiE will be demonstrating DeClick, DeCrackle, DeNoise, and DeThump on Stand No. R3175. Soundscape will be demonstrating DeClick, and Auto-DeHiss.
