CEDAR and CEDAR Deutschland will be exhibiting at this year's Prolight + Sound, showing the latest developments in audio restoration and noise suppression for TV and video post, studios, broadcast and live sound.
Pre-eminent among these will be the CEDAR DNS One dialogue noise suppressor. This RTAS plug-in for Pro Tools (Mac and PC) is everything users ever wanted from a software-based dialogue noise suppressor: it runs on both OS X and Windows, it makes no compromises in sound quality, and it offers the same Academy Award winning performance as its illustrious siblings. Coupled to a superb new user-interface that allows users to control hundreds of channels of DNS (software and hardware, in any mix they choose) from a single Pro Tools host, DNS One is the most powerful and flexible noise suppressor ever developed.
We will also be showing the company's flagship CEDAR Cambridge Series III audio restoration and speech enhancement system, a powerhouse capable of processing more audio, more quickly, and for more simultaneous users than ever before. Alongside this there will be the CEDAR Duo rackmount restoration processors, the DNS2000 and the state-of-the-art DNS3000 dialogue noise suppressor which combines the tactile control surface of the DNS1500 with the Pro Tools integration of the DNS2000, plus much more.
