UK: We are proud to announce the following news from Nigel Jopson, editor of Resolution magazine. "It gives me great pleasure to let you know you that the CEDAR DNS 2 has won the Processor category in the 2016 Resolution Awards. This is a significant achievement. The Resolution Awards recognise quality and innovation in professional audio and your product has been judged to be outstanding in these respects by the best informed readership in the industry. Congratulations."
Gordon Reid, Managing Director of CEDAR Audio says, "As always, our target is not only to help sound engineers and recordists to achieve results that were previously thought impossible, but to help them to do so quickly, easily, and productively. Consequently, we're very proud of the recognition that a Resolution Award represents, and we would like to thank everyone who voted for us over the past few months."
Resolution magazine will be covering the award results in its November/December 2016 issue.
About the DNS 2:
The DNS 2 is the first DNS designed specifically for portability and extreme simplicity of use. It hosts a new algorithm that requires nothing more than switching on the Learn function that identifies and adapts to the background noise, and then dialing in the amount of noise attenuation required. Retaining the near-zero latency of all its predecessors, it's suitable for use in all situations - location recording, live-to-air broadcasting, live sound in venues such as theatres, concert halls, conferences venues, and places of worship, as well as studio work and post.
